THE PROCESS

Once you've chosen your dream dress, it's time to get excited and start the process of creating your custom gown with Mila Bridal!

Add the dress you love to your cart. In some cases, you'll need to choose the color and style.

Don’t worry about sizing yet – we’ll send you a measurement guide in the next step. Every dress is made to measure, ensuring it’s tailored just for you.
After placing your order, we’ll send you the measurement guide and answer any questions you may have.
Once we receive your measurements, we’ll carefully review them and reach out to you to double-check and confirm all the details.
We’ll begin production, and you can sit back, relax, and plan the rest of your big day!
When your dress arrives, some alterations may be necessary – for example, if you're losing weight as your wedding day approaches. Any alteration costs are the responsibility of the bride.

CUSTOMIZATIONS

We’re happy to offer customizations to make your dress truly unique! Here are some of the adjustments we can make:

Change the neckline
Add or remove sleeves
Adjust the length of the train
Mix and match elements from different dresses (for example, combining the top of one dress with the skirt of another)

TIMING AND DELIVERY

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to your inquiry.

We typically need 8-10 weeks to produce your wedding dress.

We ship worldwide, with shipping times depending on your location. Delivery usually takes 7-14 days.

We recommend that brides receive their dress at least one month before the wedding. For this reason, we advise ordering your dress 4-5 months before your wedding day. If your wedding is sooner, please contact us to discuss a rush order.

We generally ship via DHL/UPS Express. Shipping costs are around $80 USD. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR DRESS

Once your dress arrives, please try it on as soon as possible, avoiding wearing makeup.

We strongly recommend following our measurement guide, which we’ll provide after you place your order. All our expertise goes into ensuring your dress fits beautifully.

Although each dress is made to measure, you may still need some minor alterations. Because every body is unique, a local tailor may help ensure your dress fits exactly the way you want. Please budget and plan for potential alterations.

In the rare event that we’ve made a mistake with the measurements, please send us a photos, and we’ll be happy to correct the issue at our expense. We can only cover the costs if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

RETURNS

Your dress is made specifically for you, so we can only offer refunds in two cases:

The dress is not as advertised
There are quality issues or we made an error with the sizing

Fortunately, this hasn’t been a problem so far! Our goal is to ensure every bride is happy, and we’ll do everything to make that happen.
