From Order to Your Doorstep

For over 10 years, brides around the world have trusted us to make the most important dress of their lives. Every gown is made to measure in our atelier — and because we've walked hundreds of brides through this exact process, we know every question you might have. Here's how it works, step by step.

THE PROCESS

Step 1 — Choose your dress and place your order.
For some styles you'll select a colour or design option at checkout. Don't worry about sizing — there are no standard sizes here. Every dress is cut to your personal measurements, which we'll collect in the next step.

Step 2 — We send you our measurement guide.
Within 24 hours of your order, you'll receive a simple, illustrated guide showing exactly how to take each measurement. Never done it before? No problem — most of our brides haven't. We're on WhatsApp if you get stuck on any step, and any local tailor can take your measurements in ten minutes if you'd rather not do it yourself.

Step 3 — We personally verify your measurements.
Before we cut any fabric, our designer reviews your numbers, compares them against the dress design, and contacts you if anything looks off. We'd rather ask twice than cut once.

Step 4 — Production begins.
Your dress is handmade in our atelier over 8–10 weeks. You can relax and plan the rest of your big day — and if you'd like progress updates along the way, just ask.

Step 5 — Your dress ships with full tracking.
We ship worldwide via DHL/UPS Express (typically 7–14 days depending on your location). You'll receive a tracking number the moment it leaves our studio.

CUSTOMIZATIONS

Want to make your dress truly yours? We regularly adjust our designs for brides:

  • Change the neckline
  • Add or remove sleeves
  • Adjust the train length
  • Combine elements from different dresses — the top of one with the skirt of another

TIMING — WHEN SHOULD YOU ORDER?

Here's the timeline we recommend:

  • Production: 8–10 weeks
  • Shipping: 7–14 days with tracking
  • Buffer for fittings: we recommend having your dress in hand at least one month before the wedding

In short: order 4–5 months before your wedding day and everything happens without stress. Wedding coming up sooner? Contact us about a rush order — we can often make it work.

Good news for US and EU brides: we cover the customs and import fees for you. Your dress arrives with no surprise charges at the door — the price you see at checkout plus shipping is the final amount you pay.

For brides in other countries, customs or import duties may apply depending on local regulations — these are set by your government, not by us, and we're happy to tell you what to expect for your specific country before you order.

WHEN YOUR DRESS ARRIVES

Try it on as soon as possible — ideally within the first few days, and without makeup or fake tan, so the fabric stays pristine while you check the fit.

Because every body is beautifully unique, even a made-to-measure dress sometimes benefits from a final touch by a local tailor — a strap shortened, a hem adjusted for your exact heels. This is completely normal (even couture houses do final fittings) and we recommend budgeting a small amount for it. If your tailor has questions, we'll gladly tell them exactly how the dress is constructed.

And if we made an error? If your dress doesn't match the measurements you provided or arrives with a production flaw, we'll correct it at our expense. Just try the dress on within the first few days and send us photos within 7 days of delivery so we can put it right in time for your wedding.

RETURNS

Your dress is made from scratch, specifically for your body — which is why, like all custom bridal ateliers, we can't accept returns for a change of heart. We do offer refunds when:

  • The dress isn't as advertised
  • There's a quality issue, or we made an error with your measurements
